I originally started this blog as www.HuntingtheTruth.com in 2009, working with a consultant in Texas. As they say, "s*#t happens." My consultant went to jail, and when I didn't pony up my mortgage to bail him out, he cut off communication, stole my website, and absconded with more than a few hundred of my dollars. So goes the end of HuntingtheTruth.com. Or was it? Fast-forward to 2011, and I find myself in Wisconsin, my career as an editor and professional writer in the outdoor and firearms industry suddenly resurrected, thanks to an old colleague needng a book editor for, of all things, gun and knife books. For all appearences, it seems I've found a new home, putting commas in their correct places and talking about the guns I've loved. Seems, too, that the change of scenery is probably reason enough to keep Hunting the Truth. And so, now, on these paperless pages continues the telling of tales I started before, added to, massaged, regurgitated, scratched out and typed over, and, hopefully, continuing to amble on. Enjoy.
